Strategic Plans Review & Development
We support organizations to undertake Strategy Review and Development. We facilitate strategic plan reflection workshop and help organizations sit back and evaluate the achievement made against set strategic objectives over the period. We help the organization set strategic objectives, broader interventions as well as prioritize activities over the next strategy period. We also support with the development of various frameworks that include M&E, Logical framework and the risk matrix.
Over the last five years, we have supported the following organizations to review and develop new strategic plans:
Actionaid International Kenya (AAIK): 2023 We recently facilitated the midterm review of 2018-2028 Kenya Country Strategy for AAIK and facilitated the development of 2024-2028 re-prioritized strategy (https://actionaid-kenya.org/)
Safaricom Foundation 2018-2022: We facilitated the review of 2018-2022 Strategy as well as the development of 2023-2026 Strategic plan that focuses on three key thematic areas of Education, Health & Economic Empowerment – (https://www.safaricomfoundation.org/)
The Fellowship of Christian Councils and Churches in the Great Lakes and Horn of Africa (FECCLAHA) 2023:
We facilitated the midterm review of their strategy 2019-2023, end-term evaluation of their strategy 2019-2023 as well as facilitated the development of 2024-2028 strategy which has been finalized and validated in Addis Ababa Ethiopia (https://fecclaha.org/). FECCLAHA works in Kenya and the Great Lakes Region as well as Horn of Africa.
Lutheran World Federation 2024:
We recently facilitated the review of LWF 2019-2024 Kenya Country Strategy a process that informed the development of the 2025-2029 Strategic Plan.

Monitoring & Evaluation & Training
We support organisations in the development of institutional Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework that support the effective implementation, evaluation and documentation of organizational programmes and projects, to ensure they achieve the desired results and impact. We bring a professional approach to MEL emanating from several years of experience.
We support organizations in the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation approaches that are simultaneously results-driven and user-friendly. We develop data tools that enable quality reporting on program impacts and results.
Project Management Advisory
We undertake project evaluations that enable our clients to track the progress of their projects in a more accurate and robust manner. We do this through a systematic and objective assessment of an ongoing or completed project with the goal of determining the relevance and level of achievement of project objectives, development effectiveness, efficiency, impact, coherence and sustainability among others.

Research, Baseline survey and feasibility studies
We undertake research, baseline surveys and scoping studies that enable our clients to make reliable, accurate and timely decisions that inform policy and practice. We generate accurate data that enables organizations to track project progress against set objectives. The project evaluations we undertake enable our clients to track progress of their projects more accurately and robustly.
