Howard & Associates SCL has been a pioneer of approaches and tools for organizational development and capacity building. Our training methods and learning are shared widely in a popular series article.
We work closely with the National Industrial Training Authority to ensure that organizations are compliant with the requirement of the Levy Act of 2007. We are registered as training providers with NITA. Not only that, but we also help organizations with NITA registration.We provide tailor-made training services to organizations based on individual requests.
We support skills development and learning on a range of themes through high quality and engaging face-to-face, online and tailor-made training and coaching.
We offer training to organizations, sector service providers and development partners to not only ensure compliance with regulations
But also guarantee efficiency in and sustainability of charitable organizations.
The target audience for the training includes both management and board members that are involved in the day to day running of NGOs registered and operating in Kenya.
As part of capacity-building services, we offer customized training modules on donor grants management training, more specifically we train on EU grants management, DFID, and partner with Sustainability Solutions South Africa to offer USAID / CDC Grants
Management Training to both primary recipients and sub-grantees. EU Fundraising, Project Management, EU Advocacy, Post-2020 EU Policy and Funding, EU Project Writing etc.
