Strategic Plans Review & Development
We support organizations to undertake Strategy Review and Development. We facilitate strategic plan reflection workshop and help organizations sit back and evaluate the achievement made against set strategic objectives over the period. We help organization set strategic objectives, broader interventions as well as prioritize activities over the next strategy period. We also support with the development of various frameworks that include M&E, Logical framework and the risk matrix.

We recently facilitated the midterm review of 2018-2028 Kenya Country Strategy for AAIK and facilitated the development of 2024-2028 re-prioritized strategy

Lutheran World Federation 2024
We recently facilitated the review of LWF 2019-2024 Kenya Country Strategy a process that informed the development of the 2025-2029 Strategic Plan.
The Fellowship of Christian Councils and Churches in the Great Lakes and Horn of Africa (FECCLAHA) 2023
We facilitated the midterm review of their strategy 2019-2023, end-term evaluation of their strategy 2019-2023 as well as facilitated the development of 2024-2028 strategy which has been finalized and validated in Addis Ababa Ethiopia (https://fecclaha.org/). FECCLAHA works in Kenya and the Great Lakes Region as well as Horn of Africa.
